_{Most of my older art was done in something reminiscent of anime styles, my current style is much darker and moody and finds itself in the categories of semi-realism and realism. While I'm not opposed to working in anime styles I much prefer the style I'm working in now. My old art is mostly archived and likely wont be found on here apart from a few pieces- but looking on my social media will allow you take take a look at what used to be my primary style.}

general terms

-Please be respectful when you message me.-Please provide clear references, you are more than welcome to send google drives, mood boards, etc. I just like to have a clear idea of what you'd like.

payments

- Payments must be sent in USD, while I do prefer PayPal I do have other options for sending payments.-While I do prefer for payment to be made upfront payment plans can be discussed.-Refunds are generally not given, but this is subject to change on a case-by-case basis.-No chargeback, if there is an issue please discuss them with me.

commercial rights

-A Purchase of Commercial rights to the artwork will always be 300% of the original price.-With commercial rights, you are allowed to make any sort of merch with the artwork.-Use it in books, covers, as Props, change it to your liking and promote your own brand.-Credit is still required for the usage of the artwork, even if altered or edited.

copyrights/usage

I, the artist, hold every right to the produced artwork, not the commissioner.
Therefore I the artist am allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to;
Promote myself within any place or website.Publish any works using the copyrighted artwork.
Display the copyrighted artwork wherever I desire.Post it wherever I decide.The commissioner is allowed to:Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only (this includes streaming! I do not consider adding any of my artwork to streams to be commercial.) unless agreed otherwise.Print the art, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artistIf you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted.
